Privacy Policy

Keisha is an AI voice assistant built and operated by GoIT Tech, an IT managed services and AI education company based in Rosenberg, Texas.

To provide the service, Keisha processes the following:

• Your messages and voice inputWhen you speak or type to Keisha, your words are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle this data.
• Voice outputKeisha's spoken responses are generated by ElevenLabs' text-to-speech API. ElevenLabs' own privacy policy governs this processing.
• Google Calendar dataIf you connect your Google Calendar, Keisha reads and writes events on your behalf. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored only in your own browser's local storage — they are never sent to or stored on GoIT Tech's servers. Disconnecting your calendar in Settings removes these tokens from your device immediately.
• Support requestsIf you submit a support request through Settings → Account → Contact Support, we collect your name, email address, and the description you provide. This is sent to GoIT Tech via Resend's email service so we can respond to you.
• Settings and chat historyYour conversation history and app preferences are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you use the "Clear chat" feature or clear your browser data.

• ✓We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
• ✓We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
• ✓We do not store your Google Calendar credentials on our servers.
• ✓We do not serve advertisements or share data with advertisers.
• ✓We do not track you across other websites or apps.

Keisha relies on the following third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Keisha requests access to your Google Calendar to read your upcoming events and create new ones on your behalf when you ask it to. This is the only use of your Google Calendar access.

Keisha's use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• ✓Calendar data is used only to provide the calendar assistant features you request in the moment.
• ✓Calendar data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
• ✓Calendar data is not used for advertising.
• ✓Calendar data is not used to train AI models.

• Conversations and settingsStored in your browser only, deleted when you clear chat history or clear your browser data.
• Google Calendar tokensStored in your browser only, deleted immediately when you disconnect your calendar.
• Support requestsRetained in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond and resolve your issue, then deleted.

• You can remove Keisha's access to your Google Calendar at any time through Settings → Smart Features → Disconnect inside Keisha, or directly through your Google Account permissions page.
• You can delete your conversation history at any time through Settings → Privacy → Clear chat history.
• For any other privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 5 business days.

Keisha is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Keisha after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
